Maternity Photo Session Experience
Pregnancy is a magical and transformative time in a woman's life, filled with beauty, anticipation, and a unique radiance that deserves to be celebrated and remembered. Maternity photo session is the perfect way to document this remarkable period, preserving the emotions and memories for years to come.
I offer personalised maternity photo sessions tailored to your preferences and comfort. These sessions can take place in the warmth and familiarity of your home, an outdoor location, or in my cozy home studio. My studio sessions are available Monday to Friday at 11 am, while outdoor sessions are scheduled for the afternoons to take advantage of the best natural light. For those who prefer weekends, I am happy to accommodate for an additional fee of £50.
WHEN TO BOOK?
The best time to schedule your maternity session is around the 32nd to 34th week of pregnancy. This timing ensures your baby bump is showing beautifully, yet you still feel comfortable enough to enjoy the experience.
BEFORE THE SESSION
Our journey together begins with a detailed consultation where we will discuss your vision for the session. You will have access to my collection of maternity dresses and gowns, designed to flatter your figure and enhance your natural beauty. You can choose the style of the session and we will select the perfect location that complements your personality and preferences.
DURING THE SESSION
During the photoshoot, my primary goal is to ensure you feel relaxed, confident, and beautiful. I understand that every pregnancy journey is unique, and I am here to honor that by creating a supportive and enjoyable environment. I will guide you through poses that highlight the beauty of your pregnancy while capturing the genuine emotions and connections that make this time so special. Whether it's a tender moment with your partner, a joyful interaction with older siblings, or a serene, introspective pose, every shot will demonstrate the love and anticipation you feel.
THE RESULT
The result of our session will be a collection of timeless, high-quality images that capture the essence of your pregnancy and the unique bond between you and your baby bump. These photographs will not only serve as a beautiful reminder of this incredible journey but will also become cherished keepsakes for you and your family. Within 1-2 days of the session, you will be presented with a private online gallery with all the images from the session to choose from. Your fully edited gallery will be ready within 3 weeks of your selection.

Maternity Session Fee £100
To book and secure your Maternity session date, a £100 non-refundable session fee is required.
The session fee is for the time and talent of the photographer and it is due upfront in order to secure the session date.
The session fee includes:
- pre- session online consultation and preparation guide,
- customised 2 hours session time at home, outdoor location or our studio,
- use of client wardrobe,
- a private online gallery with all the images from the session to choose from (50-100),
- our signature editing and retouching of your images.
Digital and Print Collections are purchased separately on the day of the session. Payment plans are offered.

THE PREMIUM WOOD WINDOW FOLIO BOX (included in the Premium Collection)
8x10" Premium Wooden Window Boxes are made using Black Walnut from the Appalachian Mountains – the finest Walnut growing district in the world. It's the same material that has been used for furniture in the Louvre, Palais de Versailles and Buckingham Palace! This is then sprayed with either varnish or a painted finish. The boxes are then over-sprayed with anti scratch coatings. A veneered box offers a much more stable platform for a long life and also delivers a luxury feel and experience.
THE WINDOW
The box features a crystal clear tempered glass window in which your favourite image can be displayed. The crystal clear nature of the glass will ensure your work is always seen at is very best. Because it is tempered glass, it is extremely tough and durable and won't scratch an acrylic alternative can be prone to doing.
INTERIOR
The interior of the box is lined out in a luxurious soft touch material to both present and protect the matted prints, and the gunmetal hinges are both practical and stylish.
ADDING TO THE EXPERIENCE
It's all about the experience. That's why we also include a pair of white cotton gloves and a lens cloth with every box.
ULTIMATE LOCKING MATS
The Ultimate Locking Mat's patented design guarantees that your prints will never slip. They are a top loading, heavyweight bevel cut mat with a unique slide and lock design.
They allow you to easily slide in your print and lock it in place but they are also completely re-usable. Simply slide out the print and you're ready to use the mat again.

The mats have a white core throughout and are made from a professional Archival board, which conforms to the Fine Art Guild requirements for Conservation (Level 2). The core is made from alpha cellulose fibres, featuring a soft, natural, white colour that will remain white. Each board is alkaline-sized, acid-free and calcium carbonate buffered for enhanced durability and longevity. Being conservation quality, boards are lignin-free with no optical brighteners. Cover papers are colourfast, resillient and bleed-resistant. The front board is the same as the back board giving it a really top end look and feel.
THE FOLIO BOX (included in Classic and Basic Collection)
8x10" Beautifully handmade box with matted prints and USB. The interior of the box is beautifully finished in a plush black velvet. Bigger sizes available.

FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Guildford based in the UK and yes I do travel to client's homes or your chosen outdoor location! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Guildford area is free of charge.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 1-2 days of your session. You can then choose your favourite images to be edited. Your final fully edited gallery will be ready within 4 weeks of your selection.
